| 92 Tempo: Small "extra" wire to starter solenoid? I have a 1992 Tempo that will not start. The battery is good, the relay switch works/clicks, there is power to the starter solenoid...the relay clicks and then the sound of electricity doing something for a moment...then silence. The lights + radio work. Battery terminals are clean. Checked the starter separately and it works fine.
There is an "EXTRA" LITTLE WIRE that is bundled with the power cable that runs from the battery to the starter solenoid. It has a plug on the end of it but I can't find where it plugs into. Can anyone help? Thanks.

| I found it. You plug it onto a little piece of metal that sticks out just where you said (above the terminals). Thanks!! |
