Default change plugs on 01 sable

what is the easiest way to change the rear plugs on a 3.0 dohc sable? do i have to remove the intake?

You don't need to remove the intake, but it is easier to change the rear plugs after the ignition coil has been removed. You will need some extentions of different lengths to get to the plugs. Make sure to note the position of the plug wires prior to coil removal. It isn't hard to do, but does take a little bit of time.

i'm not sure on the sable but on other transverse v-6 engines, removing the dog bone (engine mount on top of engine near radiator) will allow you to tilt the engine forward and get more room for the plugs.
