more mpg and power

hi there is was wondering what are some cheap easy things that you can do to get more power and mpg. i have a 4.0 ohv in a 2000 extra cab. so far it has a k&n air filter and a magnaflow muffler with 2 inch pipe from the cat with a turn down. i was wondeing about throttle body spacers or something like a volant cold air intake, electric fan, or headers i have found all of this stuff online. i also tow with this vehicle on occasions. what would this stuff do for me? brent

if you want more miles per gallon, when sitting at a red light/stop sign dont accelerate too quickly...I used to do that alot and my gas disappeared quickly, but now it seems to stay filled longer without doing it.
