Default focus shakes

my 2000 focus has been shaking like it had a busted belt in a tire. The tires are 3 months old and i noticed on the RR only the tire was choppy completly around. Could this be a shock problem a wheel bearing or something else? Please advise!

is this a wagon or 3 door these vehicles have a very bad rear suspension there is tsb to adjust rear camber and toe what you have to do is ck the alignment if it is out to certain
spec you have replace the rear upper control arms but I have aligned the rear with
shims adjusting the camber I have seen many of these cars that eat the rear tires
