Default this problem will not go away!!!!

my 97 f-150 is still miss firing! it's not the plugs or wires. its not the coil pack. Its always cylinder2. I changed the injector and it didn't help but i did notice the it seems like the injector doesn't open as fast as the others. I don't know what would cause that. aren't the injectors controlled by the computer? could my computer be goin bad? I'm gettin aggrivated with this problem!!!!! i've been tryin to sell the truck for a while but then it started acting up and no one wants to buy it. If anyone can offer any suggestions I would appriciate it. my friend and I are goin to try a compression check later today but I don't think its gonna tel me anything either.

Does it have a 4.6 or 5.4 the bigger has cop coil over plug chk compression that
will tell if any thing mechanical is wrong if you bring it to a ford dealer they can
do fuel system tests the IDS scantool it can flow test each injector they can
also run a generic relative compression test this is done by holding the throttle wide open and the pcm will cut fuel or spark and you crank the engine for 10 seconds
also if it has plug wires make sure there is proper spark at the plug
