| Better Gas Mileage? out of curiousity. what are somethings you guys/gals might have done to improve your gas mileage.
well duh- everyone knows that good tirepressure, oil changes, and keepin it under 55 will get the best.
i mean what modifications..
example.. intake? exhaust? chip? doubt a chip lol. |

| Aftermarket performance air filters can help a little, but if you choose an oiled gauze type filter be VERY careful when applying oil. Over-oiling these filters can mean quick death for your mass air flow sensor. Also remember that the 100,000 mile replacement interval for platinum spark plugs does not indicate when performance begins to decline, only when failure becomes likely. I suggest replacement @ 50,000 miles if time and budget allow. Always use OEM plugs. |
