Bilt4ORDtuf Junior Member Join Date: Jun 2008 Location: South Central Ohio Posts: 4	1998 Econoline E150 E Series 150 5.4 Fuel Gas mileage ?? Anyone have any thoughts for saving fuel with this van? I bought it new and we love it. But it has always gotten around 12 to 14 MPG. I can only find 1 Programmer for it and it does not assure fuel useage improvements. I just replaced the plugs and it helped little if none.(Big Bad Job by the way) I have even fabricated a make shift air intake helper in the grille with little if any signs of helping. It does have a KN air filter and only 80,000 miles. It is a Mark III conversion with a 3.55 axle. Thanks
