Lightbulb Bronco Idle Problem

Just got a 1988 Ford Bronco with the 351. Its been working great but last night the idle rpms shot up form about 700 average to almost 2000 in park and neutral. Also the driving rpms are high to oat about 1500... any ideas?

I am having the same problem. I have been looking around and from what I have read it sounds like vacuum leeks or the exsost manifold is leeking. I have not had time to do these alterations to see if they rely work but it might help you.
