i have an '01 explorer sport that dies at low rpm/stop when the air is on (hot or cold if it matters...) i can run the air while driving with a noticeable loss of power. any ideas would be appreciated.
Does your red battery light come on?
If so I would look into the battery and charging system type issues... clean connections, to terminals and grounds.
Not a bad Idea and easy enough to do anyway.
Please respond and we can go down another path.
