Vibrating on the freeway & Croaking on Local

Hello everyone,

I just bought a used 2000 Ford Focus. I don't know much about cars so I was hoping someone here could help me diagnose this issue.

When I drive on the freeway going 65mph+, my car starts to vibrate. However, If I am going completely straight (not moving the steering wheel one bit) at the same speed, the vibrating stops and everything is smooth.

Also, on the local streets. sometimes when I make a turn, or go over some unevenness on the road, I hear a croaking noise coming from the back. At first I thought it was something in my trunk moving around, but it turns out that it wasn't.

Anyone know what could be causing these issues and if they are related at all?

Many things can cause vibration, from a simple as tire balance to engine mounts. The croaking could be a broken spring.

Take it to a trusted shop that specializes in front end alignments and suspension work.
