I seem to remember the eec relay being brown and the fuel pump relay being green. The pcm relay supplied power to one side of the fp relay(control side) then it went off to the inertia switch and to the pump. You can ground the wire in the diagnositic connector (Short side) and it will keep the fuel system energized so you dont have to have somneone keep cycling the key.Its best to check if the wires will carry a load and not just show voltage on a meter or light a test lamp.I use a 3157 bulb wire to both filiments bu I have seen people use a seald beam headlamp.

Just wanted to come back and post a reply to thank everyone, adrenochrome, BroncoJoe19, tonyhartwig, and phantom_smack, for all the great suggestions.

After testing everything out, we finally decided to just replace the fuel pump and that did the trick. So like adrenochrome, our's was a bad fuel pump all along.

I appreciate all the invaluable help we got from so many friendly and knowledgeable experts on this forum. Thanks again, happy holidays to you all.
