Default E-350 error code 65, what is that?

Hi

My '94 E-350 7.3L diesel V8 is (again) having transmission (E4OD) problems...

The code's are:
KOEO: 23, 23
KOER: engine id: 5 flashes. Error code: 65, 65

23 is the TPS sensor, which I have measured with following values:
4.3KOhm constant resistense and 700Ohm -> 4.3KOhm on variable pin.
The output is ~0.6volt@idle and ~3.8volt@full throttle.
If I adjust the positioning af the sensor (for test/fun), the transmission behaves strangely and in reverse the car drives very fast. So it seems to be adjusted ok. The resistance/voltage is changing smoothly over the whole range from idle to full throttle and there are no "blind-spots" in the range.

What is the spec. range for this TPS, since the above seems to be wrong?

Code 65 is stated as: "Transmission Control Switch Circuit".

This error is a brand new one on my car. What does it mean and what does it do? and more importantly, where can I find this circuit?

Another special thing on my car is that the engine ID in KOER test is 5 flashes, which should indicate that the car is a 10 cylinder, however it only has 8.... Could this be due to the fact that the engine is a diesel and 5 flashes indicates this? (It has always been like this)
