Default 1999 Sable Idels rough Misfire in cylinder one (1)

I just bought a 1999 Mercury Sable, and there are a bunch of little things wrong, but a got a great deal. The main issue is that is idles rough, it's real bumpy. It annoys me, but drives fine, accelerates fine. I'd probably ignore it, but the Check engine light has come on, and I continue to read as "misfire in cylinder one (1)". My friend and I put the dr. stethescope on the fuel injectors and didn't hear the fuel injector in cylinder one clicking so I replaced it. Also it used to not start and turn over unless you press the gas gvpeddle; then it would start right up. I am not sure if all these issues are related, but I just want the car to idel smooth. By the way I have recently replace all spark plugs, wires, fuel filter, air filter, pvc valve. Any thought to as what it could be?
