The probe may have a different type of connector since it is a Mazda.

distributor modual, or timing belt. Try that.
If the the distributor modual is bad it will have some spark but not a lot. And it also controls the fuel. if timing belt is good it should bring it up TDC #1 should be up roto pointing to #1. If not the timing belt is bad or spun.

The probe is a bit of a different animal than most fords. I think it is a renamed import.

Here is how to pull codes for the probe
1993-1995 Ford Probe note: some late model '95 probes use the above bronco connectors and method.

Getting back to the basics, I see you replaced many parts and did not state if you had fuel pressure. Looks like the pump is not running from your post, is that correct?

I have fuel pressure. I am attempting to check the relays right now. I may need to check the timing belt. Although I do have spark from the coil, pretty strong too. Got the spark myself. There is also spark at the plug. Don't know if that will still work if the timing belt is messed up. I am about to just buy a stinking code reader just to see. But I am afraid it won't show since I have had the battery unhooked for quite some time. I can't find the OBD-1 connector so I would hope I could find it through the user manual of the code reader. Any help guys.

So I went and used a code reader for the car. The book said that the connector should be in the drivers side center of the engine compartment. Yeah, I looked everywhere! NOTHING EVEN CLOSE! I can't find this anywhere.

I did check the timing belt. Almost new!

Ok whats next guys?

New updates on this mission I am on to make an old probe have life again.

First off check this fact I found out about this car maintenance before I got it. THERE WAS NO THERMOSTAT! Who has the thermostat taken out? Anyways the way I found that was filing the radiator and checking for leaks, the gasket for the thermostat housing was shot, so I replaced that and put in a thermostat. All of 9 dollars total. My bmw cost is 60 for it. WOW what a difference.

So now that's done I get radiator filled again and the battery is completely dead since I have been trying all these things so I take this time to charge it down at autozone. Come back an hour later and I have learned something new after turning it over a brief moment. Now that there is coolant, there is a lot of pressure in the cooling system. My guess now is that the head gasket is shot as well. Any takers on this diagnostic?

Still to date I am under total for this car is $350. That includes the purchase, rental for the tow dolly, gas to get up there and all parts I have put on it and cleaning solutions. I'm hoping to stay under 400 so I can turn around and sell this after of course cleaning it up and putting a cheap radio in it.

That is one of the symptoms of a blown head gasket. Do a compression test to confirm that.

The connector is right on the firewall, There is a couple relays and then what looks like
a relay box or just a plastic box and it will have a 5 sided connector and a single wire
connector plugged into the bottom of it, Pull the connectors out and connect it there.
Check out autozone.com they have Ford factory manual scans online for free!!
I just got those $49.00 head gasket kit from ebay it comes with everything and they
are decent quality(I did use spray copper head gasket sealer to be sure though)
