Exclamation 96 Explorer idle trouble

My explorer does fine driving, but when I'm stopped it goes nuts. Sometimes it works fine but most of the time it doesn't. When I'm stopped it has a low idle and randomly surges(people behind me think I'm tapping my brakes and/or throttle), or it will repeatedly bounce in between 1000-200rpms and then die. The shaking of the car is terrible! I recently replaced the Mass Airflow, and the throttle position sensor. any ideas as to what can cause this?

i will try and clean that tomorrow. I havent checked the codes in a while but it was throwing bank 1, and bank2 running too lean so i replaced the MAF. It was also throwing idle position sensor code so i replaced that. and the guy i bought the car from said that he had all the oxygen sensors replaced, but the code for that was always on.
