Default 97 Econoline speed sensor question
I have an ongoing problem with my speedometer. It basically is stuck at 37mph. It will occasionally start working when the transmission does a strange shutter while shifting. Anyway I bought a new speed sensor at Napa. They told me according to there computer the 1997 shows two, one on the transfer case, and one on the rear diff. What is the correct one to install for speedometer/tranny problems? I bought the one supposedly for the transfer case. Any help would be appreciated.
