2007 Expedition EL Fluid Change Schedules

We were told that our Power Steering System needs to be flushed, but can find no recommended interval for that in any of our Ford materials. The only references to Power Steering Fluid we can find are that it is to be checked and topped off at every 5000 mile service, and that fluids in general, when changed, should use the Ford-recommended fluids. What is the recommended interval to flush the power steering system fluids?
