We're replacing the engine in our 1996 Thunderbird 4.6L. We bought a used 1995 Thunderbird 4.6L to use as a replacement, but not really sure if these will interchange without any modifications. Could someone please tell us if there are any differences in these 2 year models? If so, what are those differences? Thanks so much in advance!
Call a junkyard and they should tell you since they have cross references for this stuff. I hope it fits cause that would be an expensive mistake if it doesnt.
Next time check before buying parts like that.
