Default 93 Ford Bronco Windshield Wipers not working

Good day to all,

I recently bought a 1993 Ford Bronco 4x4 everything was working fine, normal issues with vehicle of the age. Since having vehicle I have done all the standard things for a tune-up. About a week ago I turned the windshield wipers on and they were working fine and all the sudden half way up they frozen in place. After rain pasted I checked all the fuses (all good). I then replaced the windshield wiper motor (2 plug). The wipers turned on.

Today it started raining and when I turned on wipers nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Someone did mention a relay board but unsure of what part that could be. Any ideals or thoughts of what could be causing issue and how to resolve??

Thanks to everyone.

I don't see a relay for it, but check your ground - driver's side upper radiator support.

EDIT: Also check th eground inside passenger compartment driver's side at the bottom lip of the dash.

It appears that the park and run relays are integral to the motor.

Wiper don't use a fuse. They use a self-reseting thermal circuit breaker.
