Second: I have installed engine with falcon parts.com engine mount kit, perfect fit with Headman shortys. The question comes about do to the fact the 60 and early 61 crossmember does not fit to a c4 trans and no one has made a conversion mount as done for the 62 and newer,so modification of crossmember is the solution as I understand it.What do I reference transmission angle to? Should the bottom of the pan be parallel to the frame or do I measure differential yoke angle and match the angle at the output shaft?:confused5:

Hey all, just bought my first Falcon today. I am also new to this site. I picked up a 1968 Falcon Futura. I6 with an auto trans. Pretty solid car, needs a little TLC but has potential.

I am gonna have a lot of questions I am sure, but mainly was wondering if you all could post some links on some common upgrades that can be done to the car. 5 lugs swaps? Rear coil overs? 5.0 swaps? (have an efi 5.0ho out of a stang I want to drop in it). If there are some write ups on some of this stuff, and maybe some resto hints too please give me a heads up. Appreciate the help in advanced. I am capable of all this, however this is by far the oldest project car I am going to dive into.
