Here they are:
116 - coolant temperature sensor out of self test range;
114 - intake air temperature sensor out of self test range;
157 - mass air flow sensor below minimum voltage;
173 - oxygen sensor indicates rich condition, right side;
212 - ignition module circuit failure; SPOUT circuit grounded.
