So, I recently swapped out my upper control arm bushings, and was it a PITA! But, in all reality, it wasn't hard. Just very time consuming. What made this bad is the fact that the through bolts are rusted badly, Ford don't carry them, but the dealership had the specs on them. I ordered a full set of bolts, nuts, and washers from Fastenal in a grade 10 spec. Wish I had pics of this all, but I don't. I'll have the camera ready when I go in to swap the old bolts out for new ones in case anyone is interested.
