New motor? I replaced the blower motor in my 90 with a after market one, when I first put it in it was running backwards, did not check it for air flow right away so I had to go back a switch the wires on the motor to get it going the right way. Also on mine there is a vacumn valve in the dash that works the door for switching the air flow from floor, dash and defrost, mine will get stickly and will not switch. It is on the right side under the dash top.
