 Head Gasket Repair
96 Aerostar 2WD with 4.0L. I have two blown head gaskets and have to decide whether to repair myself or have someone else do it.
I've replaced head gaskets before but not in a van and am concerned with working space in the vehicle. Has anyone here done this? Looking for a feeling on how difficult it is.
I would be doing this in my driveway with a fair assortment of good tools and some experience in engine repair. I'd like to save money as I'm in between jobs at the moment though I don't want to get myself into a frustrating, near impossible mess.
Any thoughts?
