Ford BroncoUntil the mid '90s, the Ford Bronco was famous for being a rough-and-tumble off-road vehicle that had been tackling trails and fording streams since the 1960s. It was also one of the first sport-utility vehicles: a versatile truck then described by Ford as being able to serve as a family sedan, sports roadster, snowplow or farm and civil defense vehicle.
I have a 87 bronco that has a couple of problems. it seems like i have no power to the 4X4 switches and have tested all the fuses and the all have power. is there another fuse panel other than the on on the drivers side? Also when i am driving down the road it seems like it loads up and if i push down on the gas it clears out for a little bit but loads up again. i scanned it and got a code for the MAP sensor with my older model scanner. i took it to a buddies shop and had him scan it and that showed EGR codes but where do i start. priced out the different sensors associated with the EGR valve and was wondering if anybody had a starting point.
