Ford Bronco Until the mid '90s, the Ford Bronco was famous for being a rough-and-tumble off-road vehicle that had been tackling trails and fording streams since the 1960s. It was also one of the first sport-utility vehicles: a versatile truck then described by Ford as being able to serve as a family sedan, sports roadster, snowplow or farm and civil defense vehicle.

help my bronco will not start i was out 4x4 and all of a sudden it lost power it barly made it home ....now it will not start i chranks ...checked fuel pressure at the rail 41 psi ...checked spark by pulling a wire and grounding a plug .got spark.... changing the timing made it start but i runs poor i cant get it to run when i set the timing ....any ideas

Jumped the timing chain maybe. Pull #1 plug and turn engine until you are at TDC on #1, pull dist cap and look to see if the rotor is pointing to the #1 plug wire.
