I am selling this car on behalf of my father, who was the original owner. It was the car the dealership had on display in the showroom when my parents went shopping for it. It has never been in an accident, and has always had very thorough professional maintenance by the dealership they bought it from. It was always kept in their garage, and nobody has ever smoked in it. It has very good Michelin tires and a new catalytic converter assembly (the full factory pipes and converters that come as one piece). The A/C blows cold and it runs very well. It even still has the owner's manual and other documentation with it. The only known issues are a crack in the windshield that will require it to be replaced, and some scuffs on one front corner of the urethane bumper cover where it was grazed by someone pulling out of a parking space (no metal or structural damage at all).
