lost horsepower

ok i let my brother borrow my car and when he gave it to me he said that he gave the car a tune up well later i found out that he put the cheapest oil u can find real cheap spark plug wires and spark plugs and the air filter is all messed up. so i was thinking of putting in the bosch fusion spark plugs royal purple motor oil k&n air filter and oil filter and the autolite pro fit spark plug wires will that be a good setup or is there a better setup?

i went with plat plugs ford racings 8mm knn oil filter and knn in on my intake system..all depends on vehical,you get what youv paid for

Don't get the Bosch, but otherwise it sounds ok, your not gonna gain much if anymore horsepower regardless though, untill the bosch foul or damage your engine, then you'll have a problem.
