Talking about the actual pressure hoses, or the resevoir hose? It's going to be tight, dirty, and bloody if you're not careful. Get the Chilton's or Haynes manual for the car ($20), and there will be step by step instructions.
I would advise getting the pump off the mount if you have problems getting a wrench at the hose fittings on the pump. Point the hoses down to the floor into a pan and drain what you can from the hoses and system before you loosen the hoses at the lower fittings. Save you some mess. Sorry I can't tell you more, I have four banger engine, and it's tight in there. I can only imagine what it's like with a v6.
