Fog lamp relay

Hello everyone. I remembered my password, finally. I have a new problem. I went to the junk yard and got factory fog lights for my contour, the light switch. After putting them and finding out they dont work, I start reading my Haynes book on my Contour and find out there is a relay somewhere. My book says this relay is located on the interface relay mounting bracket. My question is, what is this and were is it. I spent a lot of hours in the cold getting these parts and putting them in. I called all ford mechs. in my area and they dont know what I'm talking about. I need some help PLEASE.

96 correct,I got it off a previous post.I have no good picture but it is locate behind the dash left hand side.It is not part of the fuse panel.4 wires orange,orange with Black,Black with red andorange with violet.It appears to be a full size square relay by the pin numbers.You can jump the o/bk to the o/v and the should come on with the switch(only a temperary test).
