Ford Contour Ford Contour combines sporty driving dynamics with the comfort and practicality of a four-door sedan. It doesn't have the rear-seat space of a Taurus, but Ford improved rear legroom and revised the styling. Contour SVT pours on the coal with a higher output version of the Duratec V6, a sports suspension and bigger brakes.

Default 1995 Idle issues
I have a 95 Contour with a 2.5L V6 w/ manual trans. I've had many issues and fixed most of them but now have issues with my car staying in idle. It only seems to happen after driving for a while (45 minutes or so), when I push in the clutch to stop sometimes the engine simply doesn't idle, and drops to 0 stalling the engine. It seems to be completely random whether or not the engine decides to idle.

A quick list of things I've fixed/replaced.. O2 sensors, MAF, EGR valve, EGR pressure sensor, coolant temp sensor, thermostat, radiator, engine fans, catalytic converter, plugs, wires, and fuel filter.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
