Ford ContourFord Contour combines sporty driving dynamics with the comfort and practicality of a four-door sedan. It doesn't have the rear-seat space of a Taurus, but Ford improved rear legroom and revised the styling. Contour SVT pours on the coal with a higher output version of the Duratec V6, a sports suspension and bigger brakes.
So I couldnt help but notice. I found another thing wrong with my car. my steering is kinda loose. you can move the wheel side to side by a couple inches and the car goes straight yet.....
i cant begin to even think what it could be that is wrong... does anyone know what it could be? i been racking my brain all day over it.

LOL... Raquel, Mark was questioning my comment that your car could have worn idler or pitman arms. I don't know for sure if it has them. I guess it doesn't.
No big deal, because no one told you how to check for worn parts, and you already mentioned that you will bring it back to your mechanic.

Raquel,
If you recently had one part replaced, I would imagine that the mechanic who did the job would have looked at the others as well. In two months they wounldn't wear to the point of putting you in emminant danger, but you should get the front end checked as soon as reasonably possible.
Loose tie rod ends will certainly cause excessive wear on your tires.
