Ford Contour Ford Contour combines sporty driving dynamics with the comfort and practicality of a four-door sedan. It doesn't have the rear-seat space of a Taurus, but Ford improved rear legroom and revised the styling. Contour SVT pours on the coal with a higher output version of the Duratec V6, a sports suspension and bigger brakes.

Default Radio Code For 1995 Mondeo/Contour LX

Hi, I want to keep this as short as possible not to boar you awesome people.

I purchased an old 1995 Ford Mondeo LX a few months back with a dead battery. I went ahead and purchased a second hand one and fitted it in, everything was all good, later to find out that the default cassette player had a CODE on it and upon the battery switch, it activated the CODE.

Anyways, I went ahead to take it out of its position, to read what the brand of it was so I can google for it, but I was in the middle of traffic, so I slotted it back in, but extremely harsh by the looks of it, as now its stuck!

So the story is, I can’t get it out, and need the key code but have no idea what type of stereo it could be, from memory, I remember something along the lines off “magic 2000” or “magic 3000”

I found the one that looks like it, it should be it, but from memory, mine does not have the "keycode" text:

Any one know where I can get the CODE for the stero?

Regards,
Marvin.
