 96 Contour GL issues.....
I have a 96 Contour GL that makes a weird ''moosing'', or ''fog horn'' like noise when I am coming slowing down, and then it will intermittently stall out.. It does start right back up though.. When I first got the car it only did this every once, and awhile.. Now it is becoming more frequent.. It usally does it when I slow down from around 3000 RPM's, and get to about 1500 RPM's.. The noise will come on, and then the car will stall out.. Usally if you press the gas it will stop, and not die, but if you don't get to it fast enough it will stall out..
