I created this forum because dealing with credit agency can be a pain in the you know what. So I guess that I will start off with my troublesome experience and that should get the ball rolling.
I first had a problem with Ford credit back in January of this year. Apparently, automatic payments expire after a certain period of time and require another setup for each additional year of automatic payments.
I became away of this when I received a letter stating a was going to be reported to a credit agency if I didn't make my monthly payment. Anyways, I called Ford Credit and went through the whole process of setting up the automatic payment again with the person over the phone and after that conversation was finished I called back to manually pay for January payment.
At this point, I am think everything is taken care of and there should be no more problems finishing out the rest of my lease. WRONG! Come to find out it takes a certain number of business days to get the payment situated in the system and it did not process my February payment event though it was setup almost 10 days before that payment was due.
I called Ford Credit once again, this time pretty upset I had to deal with all this mess again.

Fortunately, the system was just going to bill me for 2 months at once, February and March, and then be back on track with individual monthly payments. It was just frustrating to get another letter about credit reporting and the stacked payment getting so close to being 30 days late.
Hopefully this little story can help someone avoid the headache known as Ford Credit and make your lives easier!
