Not too bad of a job located on drivers side of motor[4.6 SOHC} low. Remove belt[serpentine} jack up car and un bolt from block. you may have a small one wire sender attached that is for variable rate power steering. Oil filter may have to be removed. Use all usual cautions while working with flare wrenches. Good luck
