Ford Econoline There's more to the Econoline's staying power than Ford simply sticking with a product that has been the No. 1-selling full-size van since 1980. The Econoline has received only minor changes over the years. The result is a cargo van that looks different, but is still very much the same. For many E-Series customers, that is the best news of all.

I would check to see if your model had cruise as an option, find the steering wheel, CCM (module) wiring schematic and trace the wiring to see if other components and connections are need. See if your model`s ECU/ECM can operate the CC. bc the vehicles computer/speed sensor is used to read cruise speed. Also check to see if your exsisting harness and fuse panel have locations in place for fuse and connectors...
I`d say it`s possible, but to what cost and effort???

The wiring is usually there but you need a clock spring that supports cruise control and the cruise module and cable, steering wheel with the buttons. Most of the time the buttons can be installed on the existing wheel.

Do you have a manual on pdf or on the net from the econoline E250.
