ridethewave Junior Member Join Date: Apr 2008 Posts: 5	1998 E-150 4.6 oil leek I have a 98 E-150 4.6L V6 with a pretty good oil leak. Oil is leaking from the gasket between the oil filter fixture and the engine. This is a common gasket failure part # FAZ-6840-BA. I am trying to figure out how to replace it. The shop manuals give not information nor can I find any on the internets . In order to replace the gasket you have to detach the fixture. The problem is the fixture is sandwiched between the block and the motor mount. Does anyone have any instruction on how to replace this gasket or the easy tricks how to? Your help would be greatly appreciated.
