Ford Econoline There's more to the Econoline's staying power than Ford simply sticking with a product that has been the No. 1-selling full-size van since 1980. The Econoline has received only minor changes over the years. The result is a cargo van that looks different, but is still very much the same. For many E-Series customers, that is the best news of all.

4.5in backspacing would be good!

watch tho, some aftermarket wheels are 4.0 backspacing...

plus most aftermarket wheels just clear the calipers, even if you use thin stick on weights, chances are they will rub the weight.

If you can try and go a size up to maybe 17 or 18`s.

The problem you will have is that you have E load tires. you will need to keep the same size all around to prevent any ABS lights or codes.
I`m currently using the new Dick Cepek wheels, DC-1 in Black, 18`s out back with Nitto terra grapplers and 16`s on the front with Kuhmo`s.
rear tire size: 285/60/18, front tire size: 275/70/16, they just about rub when turning tight, I had to roll the inner fender lip plus I added airlift air springs for added protection. The only reason I`m running an offset like that is bc i already had the Nitto`s, next tire change will be installing 18`s up front with a smaller tire and re-flash to correct any ABS or speedo issues... This is on an 07 E-250SD van...

if you are close to NJ, I have a very nice nearly new complete set of American racing teflon coated Mohaves with Toyo AT`s. 245/75/16 which are E load and will fit nicely...
