Ford Econoline There's more to the Econoline's staying power than Ford simply sticking with a product that has been the No. 1-selling full-size van since 1980. The Econoline has received only minor changes over the years. The result is a cargo van that looks different, but is still very much the same. For many E-Series customers, that is the best news of all.

Question 06 e-150 cruise control

I was wondering how i can install or about how much it would be to instal cruise control on my service van. I drive all over the state and have developed a pinched nerve that gives me extreame pain in my right leg from driving so much and i think cruise control and some seat modification may help. The kits i have seen say to just remove the air bag, remove two plugs, install the switches and have it reprogramed from the dealer. My quistion is , is it that simple and what about the airbag unit. THANKS

As long as it has an electronic throttle body that is true all you need is the switches and a pcm reprogram.Yes its that simple no airbag modifications.

You have to realize we cant get to all the posts.
