Ford Econoline There's more to the Econoline's staying power than Ford simply sticking with a product that has been the No. 1-selling full-size van since 1980. The Econoline has received only minor changes over the years. The result is a cargo van that looks different, but is still very much the same. For many E-Series customers, that is the best news of all.

if the engine is warm then two posible problems one did you have heat before you flushed if so then there might be something in the heater core try taking the lines off the heater core and use a hose and back flush the core.
if it happened before the flush stasrt the van up get it up to warm and with the fan on low, then take the temp knob and go from hot to cold and back to hot ( try doing this with the snap of your wrist) do several times then leave it on hot see if you have hot air if so get a new temp switch they are cheap.

There should be a couple of vacuum actuators that move doors around within your ductwork. One is for the blend door. Make sure they are moving. It is possible to have a vacuumleak within the actuator and that will cause it to not function.
