Ford Econoline There's more to the Econoline's staying power than Ford simply sticking with a product that has been the No. 1-selling full-size van since 1980. The Econoline has received only minor changes over the years. The result is a cargo van that looks different, but is still very much the same. For many E-Series customers, that is the best news of all.

Question my econoline jerks
Hello All,
I have a 1994 E250 w/300 engine. Last spring I filled the tank with the new ethenal additive in gas. About 150 miles later the engine started coughing and jerking at different RPMs and load.
I thought I'd try various fuel additives, changed the filters, tried premium petrol, new intake gaskets, checked and cleaned injectors, and more. I hooked a pressure gauge up to the fuel rail, it read 48psi when the engine surged a bit (on it's own) it went to 62 or 64psi.
Can anyone out there help?
