Ford Econoline There's more to the Econoline's staying power than Ford simply sticking with a product that has been the No. 1-selling full-size van since 1980. The Econoline has received only minor changes over the years. The result is a cargo van that looks different, but is still very much the same. For many E-Series customers, that is the best news of all.

just heard somewhere "if brain box was set up for one it would malfunction with two" sounds weird to me.
i would like to see a pic of a gas eng compartment with two; then i would duplicate factory set up.

its possible my buddy has a van like your pic, but his has the 460 his has a 12v batt and a 12v heavy duty batt. , 12 volts is 12 volts, i have my inline 6 on 2 12v batts, just link em, run the power off the main one, and leave the other alone, you might want to get a high output alt. if your going to be running it alot........2 batts and same alt do me good on an 3hour late nite with the stereo blastin. ... just start for a few and your golden....

i had a second battery fitted in the rear running through a split charger. the conversion fuse box now runs through the second battery. if that battery goes flat after running the stereo and interior lighting etc. i can still start the van on the original battery.
