Ford Econoline There's more to the Econoline's staying power than Ford simply sticking with a product that has been the No. 1-selling full-size van since 1980. The Econoline has received only minor changes over the years. The result is a cargo van that looks different, but is still very much the same. For many E-Series customers, that is the best news of all.

Default Replacement Seats '03 E150?
Folks,

I just picked up a '03 Econoline 150 with only 33K miles!

Anyway, even though it's got such low miles, the conversion company put in the cheapest seats I've ever seen. The drivers seat already has 2 holes in it. The fabric feels like felt and there is basically no padding. And no, it doesn't have 133K miles.

So I need to replace the drivers and passenger seat asap so I can start driving it. I check the bolt pattern on the seats and they are 14"x14". It seems must aftermarket seats are 8"x11" bolt pattern so I'm kinda having a hard time finding replacements.

I'd rather buy some new seats than getting ones from a junkyard. I plan on having this thing for awhile.

Anybody know of any reputable places to order seats?

Seating for your conversion van

They answered the phone and all my questions. I'll be ordering up a set tomorrow.

Don't be knocking junkyard van seats.
I found the front seats in this low mileage van to be in perfect shape.


Back seats, not so much.

Did ya get the story behind that?

It looks like a steel I beam or something fell on it.

I should have new seats in about 10 days!
