Ford EconolineThere's more to the Econoline's staying power than Ford simply sticking with a product that has been the No. 1-selling full-size van since 1980. The Econoline has received only minor changes over the years. The result is a cargo van that looks different, but is still very much the same. For many E-Series customers, that is the best news of all.
Hello all I am new here so if I do something wrong let me know. I just purchased my newest project at an estate auction. It is a 1961 Econoline Pickup. (I guess it is a 61 from the date on the park lamps and the tail light lens. I have plans to make it look like the Black hot rod in the picture below. I have a donor 95 F-150 for the engine and trans. Here is a picture of it and I will post the Warranty # and anything else I can get off the data plate later tonight. That way some of you smart folks can tell me what all there is to it.

Thanks Bill. I saw the reply. I have also discovered that the steering wheel that is in the car came from a 196X Mercury Comet S-22.
