Maybe in a Haynes or Chiltons manual for that year.
Also consider getting a EVTM Electrical and Vacuum Troubleshooting Manual specific for your year on ebay... well worth the $20-30 if you can find one.
It is easy enough to check All of the fuses with a test light. Just ground one end, and tap each end of the fuse, if it lights on both sides of the fuse, it is good.
IF it only lights on one side it is bad.
If it doesn't light at all, it is a spare OR the key may need to be ON.
Regarding the relay.. most likely it is in the engine compartment, quite likely next to the EEC relay.
In the F series trucks, and broncos, it is on the driver's side fender/ wheel well, right next the the PCM Self Test connector.
