Horn relay 1993 E-250

Have a '93 E-250, 4.9L, auto trans, no air. Any idea where the horn relay is, and to which fuse in either panel it corresponds to?

Also, any information on the wiring insulation colors for the horn system leading from the steering wheel? (this model has an air bag in the steering wheel.)

I haven't located the horn (as strange as that sounds). It sounds like its right by the battery/front left fender. I have the 6 cyl.

So when you find that relay.......let me know. I had to remove the battery or move from my neighborhood.
