Ford Econoline There's more to the Econoline's staying power than Ford simply sticking with a product that has been the No. 1-selling full-size van since 1980. The Econoline has received only minor changes over the years. The result is a cargo van that looks different, but is still very much the same. For many E-Series customers, that is the best news of all.

Default '94 E150 AC/Heater blower problems

I have recently run into a problem with the blower motor on my 1994 E150, 300ci. The fan would not blow in the three slower switch positions, but worked fine in the high position. This week the high position started acting up, and even the MAX AC position does not blow much at all. It is a soft enough blow that it is less air movement than the original lowest blowing position.

I had a problem like this on my Wrangler, and it was fixed by replacing the Blower Motor Resistor and the actual knob switch. Does this sound accurate? Any suggestions on how to find the resistor?

I am going to take the dash apart and jump the connector for the switch to see if I can isolate the switch and confirm that the problem is elsewhere in the system.

Thanks, Joel
