'82 E150 won't turn over

I've let it sit for 3 months. AAA couldn't start it. I don't want to get hosed by a mechanic. I've pumped and cranked...I don't smell any fuel...why? She's an old girl but she usually starts...even in a cold winter. I think I let it sit too long. Help.

dirty fuel blocking something or the float or neddle in the carb is gummed up, or the mechanical fuel pump

check fuel filter, spray starter fluid in carb, put isoheet in fuel, fresh gas would help too, change or clean spark plugs, have good charge on battery it should start if you follow most of these!!!

if it won't turn over then chk your battery if it won't sart then spray a little gas or wd 40 in intake to see if it fires
