Ford Edge It seems that the days of the big boxy SUV might be numbered (at least temporarily). In the meantime, consumers are flocking to vehicles with SUV functionality and sedanlike handling characteristics. Ford's first attempt to hop aboard the "crossover utility vehicle" (CUV) bandwagon came in the form of the lackluster Freestyle.

Default 2009 Ford Edge Sport
Ford launched a new factory-customized model – the 2009 Edge Sport.
The Sport version joins the SE, SEL and Limited models in the range – and makes the Ford Edge the first vehicle in its segment to offer a customized model.

Not much of a change from the regular Ford Edge. I wonder if I should go down and test drive one of these bad boys to see if there is a noticeable difference from the 2008 Ford Edge Limited.
